Poor Internet Speed 😒

Already regretting my decision of switching to O2. Very pathetic internet coverage and speed. 
There is no internet available inside any restaurant building as well as inside Kaufland or Rewe. 
Even today it shows 5G, but internet speed was less than 100kb, got my bank transaction messed up. 
Can you please look into it else can you guide me if I can cancel my contract?
 


Also paid 40€ for Connection Price while it’s was mentioned on Friends and Family Codes Website that connection price is 0€. Not sure if that was a misleading advertisement?

Hello @miannaveed, it´s a pity, that you have issues with the speed of the internet.

Please have a look at this thread and please use the o2 Livecheck. There are many factors that can affect data reception. In large department stores in particular, reception can be weakened by many things.

Please have a look at this thread and please use the o2 Livecheck. There are many factors that can affect data reception. In large department stores in particular, reception can be weakened by many things.
