Hi O2 Team, I need your help regarding my top up. I accidentally clicked on the "Charged now" button and additional charges will be sure deducted on my account. I currently have slow internet connection that is why I accidentally click on that button. Please if you can reverse the charged of additional 30 Euro. Because I already top up recently for this month. Please help me. 30Euro is a big thing for me. Thanks

of course, you now have the money as credit and it will be used until it is used up.
If you have a regular top-up, for example at the beginning of the month, you should deactivate it if it is not linked to a minimum balance. Otherwise you will continue to top up.
For example, always top up 10 euros at the beginning of the month instead of topping up 10 euros when the credit falls below 4 euros or something like that.
