Please need help


Hello Sir/madam 

I mistakenly ordered a Samsung Galaxy S20 Fe +Table and Sim, please I need cancellation for this order because I'm already o2 contract use and I don't want to add another contract please cancel the order for me and this is my order Number XXXXXXX

 

Edit: I´ve delete the number of the order - o2_Marco

Edit 2: I’ve put the thread into the forum “O₂ Mobilfunk: Vertrag & Tarife” - o2_Marco

Edit 3: I’ve put it in the correkt forum now: “English O₂ Community: Mobile” - o2_Marco

You must submit a revocation in text form. You can do this by sending an e-mail to widerruf@cc.o2online.de, stating the order number.

Alternatively send a letter to

Have you been able to send in the request of withdrawal, yet?
Thank you @SethVanDoom and @schluej for providing the E-Mail address and contact address so quickly.

If by any chance you should recieve the phone despite withdrawing from the contract, you can easily send it back by registering the return at our Logistikcenter. You will be able to download and print a free return-label from there 😊
