Instead, I accidentally ordered a service to replace my physical card with an eSIM. But I definitely need my physical card, I don't want it to be blocked after activating eSIM.
Could you please cancel SIM to eSIM replacement request, because I cannot fully use the MeinO2 application, while it constantly offers me to complete the replacement procedure.
