Hello @o2_Michi @o2_Antje @o2_Micha @o2_Katja, some time ago, I wanted to issue an additional SIM card to use o2 during the transfer of my number.

Instead, I accidentally ordered a service to replace my physical card with an eSIM. But I definitely need my physical card, I don't want it to be blocked after activating eSIM.

Could you please cancel SIM to eSIM replacement request, because I cannot fully use the MeinO2 application, while it constantly offers me to complete the replacement procedure.
