I am an old O2 customer. I ordered a couple of devices in 2021. I want to order a mobile phone. Unfortunately, on entering my details, I get an error that four digit PIN code is not accepted. Can anyone help me to figure out this situation? What is the procedure to reset or gain access to the old code ( forgotten one)?

do you have access to your mein o2 for these contracts? You would be able to find your 4-digit customer ID code there. Else we only have the option of sending this out by post to you.
