An o2 prepaid SIM card must be topped up every 6 months at the latest. If no credit is topped up within this period, o2 will cancel the card and deactivate it.
If the card is deactivated, it can no longer be reactivated.

You can port your phone number to another provider within 90 days after cancellation.

You can also oder a new o2 prepaid card and port the old number to that card. The time for porting is also within 90 days after deactivation.

Should I buy any o2 simcard from the any store to port old number on it online? Or I have to visit specialized o2 store?

You don't have to buy an o2 prepaid card, you can also order an o2 free card. However, delivery can take up to a week: https://www.o2-freikarte.de/ (Order the o2 Prepaid 9Ct. SIM)

The question is how long does o2 need to process it and how much time do you have left for the porting.
You write that the SIM card on 15.2. was deactivated. Are you sure it was on that date or maybe before? You have 90 days from deactivation to complete the porting. Porting takes 7-10 days.
