ordering mobile

Hi i ordred a (samsung galaxy s21+250gb) a week ago they accepted and sended to me but (dhl) couldn’t  find my address so they returned the package to o2,

so i ordered another one today but this time was 128gb but i just had an email saying...

(Leider müssen wir uns der Meinung, dass wir uns entschieden haben, nicht gehört können.

Die Entscheidung über den Vertragsschluss beruhte auf eine automatische Verwaltung. Hierzu erfolgt die Wahrnehmung Ihrer persönlichen Personendaten Daten automatisiert - d. h. ohne Beeinflussung durch einen Menschen.) could you please tell me why?why they accepted the first one but not this one!

Before this i send you another message told you about my other mobile i have had ordered but i didn’t change my bank account so i have paid vis überweisen,but i fixed that so maybe thats the problem they rejected?

and i have been a good member for more than three years.

I regret that the 2nd order of the Samsung S21+ 128 GB in black did not work out. 

 

Probably, the reason for the rejection is that your former order was not deactivated at this time. You ordered the 128GB-version on 29th January, but your 256GB-version was deactivated on 30th January. 

 

Can you please try to order the device again? I have just sent an e-mail from “o2 Newsflash”to you. You just need to confirm your address by clicking on the link. 

 

I hope that this time, everything will be okay.
