Old sim card, but cannot find PUK code. Any assistance?

Hi there,

I found my old sim card since my Email account required me to verify ownership (with old details, of course...), I cannot find my PUK code to unlock my sim. I know the telephone number of the card, so that isn’t an issue, I just cannot remember my pin. Can o2 offer any assistance here?
