o2 prepaid sim card activated, nothing has happened for 48 hours

Hello, I just bought my prepaid O2 simcard on last week and just started to activated it on Friday. It says that my card will be active within 48 Hours. But until now, I didn't get any Email yet on when my card will be activated. Is anyone know how long does it takes for my card to be active?

I'm sorry that the activation of your SIM card took longer than usual. More than two days is really too long.

Has the online identification process been completed in the meantime? Or have you received a notification about it?

Our employees can check whether there are any problems here, e.g. because the ID data and the registration data do not match.

The best way to reach the support is via the prepaid hotline on 0176 88 85 52 82.

did you start your Smartphone over?  If the settings are correct, this may help.

Hello there, yes I tried. I did try to activated my card one more time, and it says that they still need to work on my ID verification but it has been days and very inconvenient as I want to use the simcard. Is there any solution to this?
