Hi o2,

I am having this issue since 4 Oct. My o2 My Home M Flex data plan is not working - I cannot access any data. 

This happened to me 2 months ago too - data stopped working for a few days before resuming. 

Could you please assist me to identify and resolve this issue?

What exactly did you check to get the internet connection back?

Did you get information about the network at  our Live-Check 

If there is a disturbance our colleagues are working it and we can only ask for patience. If nothing is shown you can request a ticket right there by saying “Ich stimme nicht zu”

Maybe there is something wrong with your hardware device? Which LED lights are flashing or blinking?

Could you give us more details?
