Hello, I cancelled my o2 flex at September 8 which is before the new month. I also get the confirmation mail for cancellation. The new contract month has passed yesterday and it is not cancelled yet.

 

In the mein o2 app it still shows the contract. And it says ‘Noch 28 Tage im Rechnungsmonat’ again. But it should be cancelled. Because I already start cancellation and 4 weeks has passed in the new contract month. 

 

Can you please help me to finalize this process.

How did you cancel the contract? Online or by sending a letter to our customer service?

Please note that the cancellation period is 30 days to the end of the following month. If you cancel by September 8th the contract will be finished to October 31st.

I cancelled from mein o2 app. But my contract month is starts at 10th of every month.
And even if it will be cancelled at October 31st it is less than 28 days. But in the app it says 28 days. 
 


@magok If you cancel over the O2 App. Have you confirm the cancellation of the contract over phone? If not, the contract is not canceled.

Which phone should I call? Is there an English line? There is no information about it on the email unfortunately.


Since ten days has passed I cancelled again from website.  And I called the english service but they said that they cannot cancel I need to call the german call service.

 

But I can’t speak German. Isn’t there an option to talk with an English speaker to cancel my contract?

as far as I can see you succeed to cancel the contract by now. The contract will be terminated on November 10th 2021.

The final invoice will be release on November 17th 2021.
