I moved a new city and i bought last week a new Iphone 14 pro max with Unlimited Internet package 500/50mbps. But i figured out in my adress(inside, outside) signal is really bad and i cant even use my internet. I just made a speed test and im getting 3mbps. I gone to o2 shop, reported this but didnt changed. I called hotline 7-8 times reported it but everything is same. I done that live check many times and gave feedback about it but everything still same. I keep getting messages from o2 and they say ‘we didnt found any technical issue’. I cant even answer it, it may be no any technical issue but your signal in my adress is so low, you are selling this phone to this adress with 4g/5g internet speeds but i cant even use my internet. You need to improve your signals in my adress im really so disappointed about this situation.

Hello @EmreDemir

There's no 5G inside or outside, LTE/4G isn't good inside...

You can cancel the contract and iPhone within 14 days via Widerruf.

So for o2, improve or solving signal issues is not an option ?

Hello @EmreDemir,

welcome to our o2 Community 😊

Thank you for contacting us about unsatisfactory cell phone reception at your address. I was happy to take a look at the situation, there is no fault there.

Since mobile communications are generally not tied to specific addresses, there is no prior check as to whether there is sufficient reception at an address.

As @Bollermann had already written, the LTE network at your address is good, but not optimal inside buildings. If walls and other structural conditions also affect reception, we unfortunately have no way of remedying this.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to optimize reception at short notice.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Best regards

Giulia
