Dear community,

i have a o2 homespot for almost year now and never had any problems with it.

however, since yesterday evening my internet has stopped working completely. The light at the bottom (for LTE) keeps blinking red, and nothing is working. I’ve tried to reset the router, I tried also removing the sim and reinserting it, but nothing helps.

I’m also unable to get in touch with customer service at the o2 hotline and I’m running out of ideas.

Can someone please help.

Maybe there was an Update for the HomeSpot. So you have to reenter the SSID an PIN. Can you do this?

One thing you can try is to put the SIM in your Smartphone and deactivate the PIN-query for the SIM.

Why can´t you go in touch with our Hotline? Is it because of the language barrier? Maybe I can help you with this too.

I Need urgent help 

i cannot call your support centre with English language

Your community account is not connected to any data set where I would see a homespot tariff. Have you already checked our  Live-Check to see if there are any current restrictions at your address?

Hi, my o2 homespot is blinking red, i have tried to restart it and reinserting the sim. I cant acces o2.spot and 192.168.1.1, i urgently need my connection because of work purposes. Thank you.
