Dear community,
i have a o2 homespot for almost year now and never had any problems with it.
however, since yesterday evening my internet has stopped working completely. The light at the bottom (for LTE) keeps blinking red, and nothing is working. I’ve tried to reset the router, I tried also removing the sim and reinserting it, but nothing helps.
I’m also unable to get in touch with customer service at the o2 hotline and I’m running out of ideas.
Can someone please help.
