The Internet works disgusting through O2 HomeSpot. All the lights are blue, the signal quality is good, the signal quality check is on https://www.o2online.de/service/netzstoerung/ shows very good signal quality, O2 HomeSpot tosit directly in the window while the Internet speed does not exceed 20-25 megabits per second.

I also use a VPN over UDP and get a lot of packet loss via VPN.

I would not like to terminate the contract, but if the quality of the Internet does not improve, then I will have to look for another provider, because with such an Internet it is a torment.

I regret that you are not satisfied with the internet-speed.

 

Of course, you are right that you can use your tariff “o2 my Data Spot unlimited with a maximum of 225 MBit/s. But did you also see the footnote concerning the averages:

 

on the average 39,1 MBit/s; Upload up to  50 MBit/s, on the average 14,2 MBit/s

 

So, when you reach more than 20 Mbit/s, you are just fine.
