hi team,

i have lebara prepaid number which i would like to port to O2 prepaid.

 

  1. i have requested for port from lebara to o2.
  2.  got a new number from o2 and is active now
  3. requested lebara to port it to o2.
  4. lebara release the number and says it is ready for porting.
  5. its been 15 days now i got no response from o2.
  6. o2 always says they did not get any request but i have already sent this request from my o2 app to port the number immediately.
  7. but still no progress . how long i have to wait for this or do i have to do anything else
