The option to release the number for porting is not available in mein o2 app as well as website :
http://g.o2.de/mnp takes me to the page where I can only request porting from any network to o2 ( but I want to port out from o2 to blau contract:

you’ll have to contact the hotline for this currently. The option in mein o2 had to be taken offline as a preventative measure against fraudulent behaviour with number porting.
