No Outgoing Calls And Internet Not Functioning

Hello,

My number is xxxxxxxxxxxx. From Last 2-3 days I am unable to make any calls. Also my internet is not working at all. Yes I am getting incoming calls but restricted from making outgoing calls

 

(Phone number removed due to data protection, thread moved into our english community, o2 Michi)

Obviously, there is a reason that you cannot make outgoing calls. Did you receive the contact-SMS dated 1st October 2020? Please call the number that is mentioned in the text message there.
