I received a strange alert from my phone (Samsung Galaxy S10) stating that my service provider (O2 Germany) has temporary disconnected my access to mobile data. What exactly does this mean? I am up-to-date and current on my account, so there should be no reason why I am being disconnected other than a technical issue…?

Normally, we do not change the access to mobile data connection without the agreement of our customer.
There are only 2 reasons for doing so:
- you did not pay your invoice
- we found out that your invoice has a very high cost, for example if you were in another country
Is it possible for you to post a screenshot of the message so that I can have a look? Please hide any personal details like your mobile phone number, customer number etc.
If I need any personal details from you, I will let you know.
