No mobile data service

I received a strange alert from my phone (Samsung Galaxy S10) stating that my service provider (O2 Germany) has temporary disconnected my access to mobile data. What exactly does this mean? I am up-to-date and current on my account, so there should be no reason why I am being disconnected other than a technical issue…?

Hi @cglenn

welcome to our English community. Nice that you found us.

Normally, we do not change the access to mobile data connection without the agreement of our customer.

There are only 2 reasons for doing so:

  • you did not pay your invoice
  • we found out that your invoice has a very high cost, for example if you were in another country

Is it possible for you to post a screenshot of the message so that I can have a look? Please hide any personal details like your mobile phone number, customer number etc.

If I need any personal details from you, I will let you know.

Let´s see if I can help you in this issue.

Loving greetings,

Tobias
