Hi, I have a problem with my number. I got my number yesterday. Right now, when I call someone, the other person sees my number as “no caller id”. Could you please guide me on how can I fix this problem or is there any way that you can solve it on my behalf?

There is a system failure concerning the caller ID. Within every new contract it is activated and can only be changed manually by our support. I did so. Please note this is not a realtime service. Restart your mobile phone tomorrow and it should work.
