Dear O2 Team, 

 

Could you activate my caller ID?

No caller ID is displayed when I call someone.

Hello @HS Park,

thank you for your enquiry and welcome to the community! :blue_heart:
I have just removed the corresponding setting for suppressing the phone number. You will also receive a confirmation from us via SMS.
To ensure that the changes are applied, please restart your mobile phone. Afterwards, your phone number should be visible to the subscribers you have called.
