New Simcard Not receiving message

Hello,

I received my simcard, then tried to register online but I’m not receiving message or temporary password. Can you check why. Thank you.

welcome to our community. Is it about a prepaid card or did you order a contract? Have you
- tested the SIM card in another cell phone?
- Have you taken your phone number from your previous provider?
