New sim card not working after activation


Hello. I ordered a new o2 prepaid sim card and followed the instructions on activation. After activation, I set the tariff plans and even received confirmation of the recharge. But after a few minutes, the sim card failed to work. I switched it from one sim slot to another, and also changed it to another phone, but it is not working. It seems to be disabled after activation. Kindly help me out with this issue.

Kindly note that it shows as no sim on the phone although the sim in the sim slot. Kindly help me out with this issue.

It seems that the SIM card is damaged. You’d better get in touch with the prepaid customer service to get a new one free of charge. 

Feel free to report if the problem could be solved.
