Hello!

 

I am trying to change my address on Mein O2 but it is not accepting my address. Maybe because it’s a new building.

i also tried to order a Prepaid simkarte and when i insert the address it is showing me the same

 

Deine Adresse ist ungültig. Bitte prüfe und korrigiere deine Angaben.

 

Could you please help me fix this?

Is it perhaps due to the spelling of, for example, "Str." instead of "Straße"?

@o2_Support helped me to change my address on my profile. Thanks for that. But I still need to order an O2 freikarte, and it is still not recognizing the address (due to the fact it’s a new building and street). Unfortunately o2_support I cannot message you privately anymore
