Need to know the status of my order (a TV and o2 SIM)

I have ordered for an o2 SIM (with number portability) and a TV. The order status still shows in process and I didnot get any update from the  logistics. How should I know the status. I haven’t recharged my mobile phone believing the SIM would reach me on time so that I can port my number soon.

welcome to our English Community. 

Nice that you ordered a contract with a TV. Did you already get any confirmations by e-mail? 

Concerning the TV, the delivery will be done by DHL 2-Mann-Handling. It can take up to one week until DHL contacts you in order to make an appointment for delivery with you.

Thank you Tobias. Now that my status is changed to “in Delivery”, how do I track the delivery. Its been a week after my order and still I am looking out for the delivery.

your sim-card will arrive within 5 working-days. 

Concerning your TV, you will receive a call or an e-mail from DHL 2-Mann-Handling. But it can take a week until you receive an information from them.

Hi,

 

I have booked an O2 SIM and a TV on 18-11-2021. To check the status of the order, I contacted the customer care where I was informed that they will republish the order. Post that, I keep seeing 2 orders (first one dated 18.11.2021 and second order dated 23.11.2021) in my order list and I also see 2 payments with different payment dates for my order.

 

How do I resolve this? I contacted the customer care and they said my first order will be cancelled. But I could still see both the orders are active and 2 post dated payment dues and still I didn’t receive the product.

thanks for coming back to us again. I moved every message here to this thread. 

As I see, you have already clarified the issue. We forwarded already the revocation of your TV to our department. 

After the cancellation of the o2 My Handy-order, you will see only one TV at “Mein o2”. 

Just wait for the confirmation by e-mail. It will take a few days.

Thank you for your response. As I could see, I got a call from DHL today for the delivery of second TV. I have informed them that this delivery has to be cancelled. This is for your information.

 

To be more precise, the following order has to be cancelled-

Referenz: XXXXX

Lieferscheinnummer: XXXX

 

Kindly do the needful.

Great that you refused the delivery of the TV. 

As soon as we get an information from DHL about the refusal, we will cancel the charging.
