I have recently signed an online contract with O2 with the following options:
- iphone 13 pro
- Free unlimited basic
As for the monthly payment of the cellphone (49 euros), it has not yet been charged on my bank account (it was due on the 23rd of October). I’ve checked through my O2 website and effectively the IBAN is correct and I’ve selected the “direct debit” payment option.
I’ve already been charged with shipping costs and the 5 euros for shipping have been taken from my account on the 22nd of October, as written on the contract.
Do you know why the MyHandy debit is taking so long? It has already been issued and it is only my bank that is taking long?
