my O2 bundle activation

Hello!

my O2 package used to be automatically renewed when the 28 days are passed if I have enough money. 2 months ago this feature stopped. The bundle doesn’t renew automatically. I receive a message from O2one day before the end of the bundle that it will renew automatically, but it doesn’t.

i didn’t change the settings at all. Please help me fix this asap!!!!!
