My New phone has an Issue!


Hi, I live in Hannover Germany.

I have ordered and received a New Samsung S22 Ultra , almost a Week ago, But phone has an Issue, it keeps turning off and restarting while video call on WhatsApp or Playing PUBG! and My front camera keeps focusing on my back ground instead of me! 

I have emailed the Samsung Support team but they did not answer.

 

I have already checked that the Auto Restart time set is not turned and this a technical issue I am facing! and so annoying

what I need to know is how to replace my phone with a healthy device?! I do not have anyother phone but this one that I have recieved from O2. So I need this to be quick. 

Please help me with this Issue.

(Note: I am a new student in Hannover and I do not know any German language yet. I am in need for English Support please )

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your new device.

For devices that you purchased in our online shop or ordered by phone, you have an unrestricted right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt of the goods. In order to cancel the contract, please send us the cancellation form that you received with the order confirmation, completed and signed - either send it in advance by fax or email and enclose it with your return.

Report the return of the device to the o2 Logistics Center within the statutory cancellation period of 14 days. When logging in, please have the delivery note number or the order number ready that you received with the order confirmation. Under the "Returns" tab you will find further information on the free return and you can download and print out the return slip including the shipping label or have it sent to you by e-mail.

If the O2 My Handy contract was concluded with payment in installments in one of our o2 Shops and the price of the mobile phone is more than €200 (without down payment), the 14-day right of withdrawal also applies here. The revocation must be made in the O2 shop where the device was purchased or the contract was concluded.

Thank you very much for your response. 

I have reported and registered the problem to Logistic Center. , and have ordered the return of my order and submitted my reorder for the same device.

(I can Also provide a 5min video of the device failing to turn on while it's restarting itself. I mean thid device does have a serious problem. if it wasn't serious I wouldn't really want to return it.)

I need to know how long will the returning process take? and  how long does it take to receive the new device? Because as I mentioned I am a student. I am so concerned and I really need a cellphone as soon as possible for my university and daily work. 

please let me know if it's possible to make the process happen more urgently and quickly.

You won't receive a new device automatically. You will need to order a new one. This will nevertheless be quicker than reporting a defect as then phone would have to be set in for inspection and would then either be repaired or replaced.

was @bs0 already able to answer your question regarding a new ophone? Or are there still some things that we can shed some light on for you? :-)
