Hello dear O2 team and community,

The internet speed of my home is low than expected, could you please check what could be the problem ?

I am attaching the speedtest result that I got in my laptop and the speed in my phone is 34Mbps at this moment I am writing this post.

P.S: It was supposed to be 100Mbs

you have done the test via WLAN!

Please do the test with LAN cable and wlan off!

Please do a test with https://breitbandmessung.de/test and send us a screen shoot with the result.
