My worst experience (so far) is the English helpline.

At first I could not understand why a mobile company would use a pay landline to deal with customers. Until I had to use it.

Yes, it is in English but it is also a bit of a scam, isn’t it. You might have to wait ten minutes to get service.

Then when you do talk to someone they move at a snail’s pace, checking, rechecking, double checking all the details. Then summarising everything that has been checked and rejected.

It finally occurred to me that this is a little money-making side venture. Money for nothing, in truth. The longer you stay on line, the more money they make. 

Hats off to them.

Hello @Kingharvest,

we offer an english speaking servivce to customers over a normal landline number. Since nearly any phone contract nowadys includes a landline flatrate in most of the cases there will be no charges.
