Hello, my phone was stolen this past Saturday, I locked the sim and I went to police to report the issue.
Monday morning I went to an O2 shop for getting a new sim card, I was charged with 30€ but 2 days later the new sim is still not activated.
I went yesterday to the shop and they told me there is a problem on the system, this means for me 2 times already driving to the shop, so a lot of time for a very simple operation.…
Can someone in this support forum enable my new sim card?
