Hi!

I’ve been an O2 customer for nearly a year now, I have the Prepaid M tariff and was really happy with it - UNTIL. I ran out of data at the end of May and, as usual insect cases, bought the Prepaid Data Pack L, but I didn’t get a chance to seven use it because the connection barely works!! It’s so slow, only works on whatsapp most of the time, very rarely loads up instagram chat but everything else is just so painfully slow - it doesn’t load at all even though the phone  says I’m connected to LTE! My usual Prepaid option got renewed but there is still no imporovement and it is really frustrating! I’m paying for high speed internet that I can’t use. And the o2 app said that it can't perform the speed test, because the phone’sinteernet connection is too weak, maybe on EDGE… WHILE my phone shows LTE!!  Please help me because I’m really tempted to just change an operator now.

where are you located when these slow speeds occur?
Have you already looked in LiveCheck to see if there are problems with the addresses?

I haven’t changed my habits, I’ve been living in Berlin since the beginning of my Prepaid plan. It used to work well even on the UBahns, and now I can’t use it anywhere - on the streets, in the buses, at home…in Berlin, Hamburg, Lubeck… just nowhere!  And my phone keeps on showing LTE connection. It's becoming frustrating:(

What kind of smartphone do you use and can you test the SIM card in another phone?
