Missing credit


Hello,

I’ve added 50€ in January, my monthly plan was discounted and it was supposed to have 35€ left. Later in February I received a text saying that I was out of credit, and that I should top up again, even though it was supposed to last for 2 more months. I already called the hotline and they were not able to help me. 

Where’s my money???

 

Appreciate any help

Did you previously activate the itemized bill (Einzelverbindungsnachweis) in Mein o2? If not, then that's why the hotline can't help.

Hello @at1590 ,

welcome to the o2 Community.

In early March we had a small issue with the prepaid systems. Even though people had booked a package usage was directly deducted from their balance. This has by now been resolved and the deducted money should have already been restored to your account. Have you checked your account if this is the case, else we’ll take a closer look at your account, I’m sure we’ll be able to find a solution to your issue.

It was in January,

 

No, it wasn’t activated yet. Because I was totally unaware of this function until I needed it 😅 

 

Who’s gonna be able to help me?

Hello @at1590, I would like to help you and see if and why something was debited, but since the itemized bill was only activated after this, as you said, I can´t see what happened there.

I´m sorry that I can´t give you an other answer.
