I’ve added 50€ in January, my monthly plan was discounted and it was supposed to have 35€ left. Later in February I received a text saying that I was out of credit, and that I should top up again, even though it was supposed to last for 2 more months. I already called the hotline and they were not able to help me.
Where’s my money???
