Hello,, Mein O2 app. didn't any more accept the cancellation for prepaid Data Pack, i tried the past 15 days to cancel it, the option not work any more. i have now 2 Packs running the same time, what i have to do.

please try to use the webpage “meinO2”

or the packmanager *104#

or try “Sprachmenu” 5667
