A few days ago I bought an O2 prepaid card (999gb). Everything was fine (shipment delivered etc.) until I had to activate the card. I have a surname with the letter Ł and o2 on the purchase contract gave the sign "¿" instead. Each attempt to activate fails because of this. What to do to be able to finally activate the SIM? or what to do to change "¿" to the correct letter?

I changed the letter to a normal “l” so the activation can be accomplished.
You will get an E-Mail for the new activation shortly.

My husband also have a similar problem but with lettet Č. In his surname he has Č and now he is not able to activate card because there is sign ¿
Could you plese contact me in private chat and chage first letter of surename to C.
