Hi! I have a contract with you with a plan that usually costs me between 32 to 35 euros, however, this month you charged me 66 euros and checking my bills since the beginning (September 2021) on October 2021 you also charged extra (almost 81 euros) so I really want an explanation what is happening? Why are you scamming me? When I made the plan you told me that I wouldn’t pay more that 35 euros, I want an answer and I want it now!

Hello @Laura Arriaga

Check your invoices. on page 2 you can find all answers.

What invoices? I do not understand, I want an answer, otherwise I’m going to change companies

The invoices that tell you you have to pay 66 Euros or more! They will also tell you what the charge is for. It could be any number of things.

If you want an answer then this is where you should look first of all. If you don’t understand the invoice you can then ask further questions. Moving to another company isn’t going to solve your problem.

By the way, nobody will be prepared to help you here if you rudely demand immediate answers when you clearly haven’t checked your invoices each month or looked at them in any detail.

they are telling are charging various things, where can I go to speak to someone so they can clear all this mess?

Hello @Laura Arriaga,

welcome to our community and thank you for your enquiry!
Have you been able to clarify your bills in the meantime? Or do you still have questions that we can clarify together?
It would be very helpful for us if you could write what exactly was charged. For example, you can post a photo or a screenshot of your invoice here (please make sure that you do not disclose any personal data), or you can state the relevant items of the invoice in writing here.
Compare the invoice with the agreed conditions - are there any deviations? What is being overcharged?

Kind regards
Jessica :sunny:
