I don't know my PKK and can't log into my account! I have a o2 home wifi and recently moved, so I can't have it mailed to me by post. I went to an o2 store, and they couldn't help me. My o2 number is ****. Please help!

Hello @Josv ,

if you can ID yourself, you should have been able to get the PKK directly in the shop. Outside of that we could also only send out the PKK by post once that is possible again.

What exactly do you need from your mein o2 or for your my Home contract? Maybe we can help you with that.

I went to an O2 shop and they couldn't help me even with my id and sim number. You can mail me the PKK by post but I have a new address so not sure if you are able to send it. I want to be able to login to my account and see my usage and also see what deals I have available to me. I just want to be able to login like a normal customer but for some reason I am locked out! Please help me be able to login again!


Hello @Josv,

You do not need your personal customer code to log in to My o2. What kind of message do you get when you try to log in?
The customer code can only be sent to the address stored in the customer account. Have you already changed your address? If not, then unfortunately we cannot send you the code yet.

I can't sign in because apparently I put the wrong password too many times, so they days i need my PKK. However, i don't have it and although it's 2022 for some reason they can't email it to me. I also recently moved so they can't send it by post. I also can't change my address because I can't sign in since I need my PKK. All this can be resolved if I can get my PKk and am allowed to sign into my account. I already went to a physical O2 shop and they tried to help but said they couldn't find my number. Can you please please help me sign in. What is it that you need from me? Please I'll appreciate any way you can help. I just want to sign into my account and change my address. Please help!


Hello @Josv,

to order a new Customer identification number, you can use this form: Änderung der persönlichen Kundenkennzahl Please send it in by letter or fax together with a copy of your ID card or passport.

As your adress in our system is probably not correct, it would take to long to first change your adress and send the current PKK to you, as this is only possible 2 weeks after adress change.
