When I first signed up for o2 they let me keep my phone number. Now that my first bill is due, they took it away and gave me some random number. How do I get my original number back?

It seems that your request was denied because of different contract details at your old provider. So if we shall port your number everything has to be identical. Please get in touch with your old provider to clarify the details.
