Hello,

I had only €4 left in my prepaid sim card so i just recharged for €20 yesterday at 5pm so the balance was €24 

but then today at 1pm, I decided to top up for €15 more euros (so €35 in total) as I don’t want to have to recharge often but now it said that my balance is €19 and I have to recharge at least €20 to surf the internet. And I barely used any internet since I recharged it yesterday. What could be the problem and where has my money gone? Thank you

Hello @Mintra and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you have an active package on your prepaid contract that is not marked for deactivation it will automatically renew as long as there is enough balance available.

Maybe this happened and an active package was extended for another month? Normaly you should recieve further information either via email or via SMS :-)
