I switched to eSim for my german number, and since then roaming does not work in the eurozone, only in Germany. I am still paying for my data, nothing else has changed, I have done all the “fixes” suggested and still nothing.
I called German customer service and have been hung up on repeatedly. I tried to switch from business to personal to get English hotline support and nothing.
I cannot log in when I am in France or Italy because I cannot receive SMS, or calls so then I am totally screwed when I get there for work. Then I come to Germany and try to fix it and get hung up on without any conversation whatsoever.
This is the worst service ever. And still nothing is fixed.
What do you suggest I do next?
