Issue with bringing o2 phone number to a new provider


Hello,

 

My o2 Prepaid M has terminated on 29th of September. I have requested number portability through the new service provider but they said there was an issue - they requested me to contact o2 to find out what the bottleneck is to process the number portability. Can you investigate what is holding the number portability? I believe that I have enough credit on my o2 account.

Hi!

 

You must release your phone number for MNP

 

Enter Mein o2 App and click on “Rufnummermitnahme”

 

 

On the next page just click the button on the bottom

 

Next you will receive the confirmation by SMS / email. Now you can port your phone number.
