I recently have recharged my O2 sim for internet. But I am not able to use the internet. Whenever I turn mobile data “on”, it just doesn’t start. I tried to restart my phone as well but it is not working. Could you please help me solve the issue please?

Thanks for your request concerning your mobile internet.

 

I have just checked everything. I cannot find any fault. You have the pack “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack S” since 4th July. We did not block your mobile internet.

 

What do you see in the display of your device? Is there mentioned LTE/4G or 3G? Did you perhaps block the internet on your device?
