Hi!

 

I am trying to check personal and important information from my O2 account and this message appears: 

“For technical reasons, your data cannot be fully loaded at the moment. Please try again later”

 

I can not even change my personal information like home and billing address. I can not see the amount of data that I have used and I can not see my PIN and PUK number.

 

When will you fix this?

Recently, this problem has occurred more often. Maintenance work and modernisation are taking place. Have you tried another browser yet? Or via the web portal? Otherwise, you only have to wait.
