I would like to change my number but I am unable to download the app. It says t is not available in my country.

I would like to change my number but I am unable to download the app. It says t is not available in my country. I would like to stay with the contract just change my number but frustratingly I am unable to talk to anyone or contact anybody.

    You can request  it online in Mein o2 without the use of the app.
