I have an O2 prepaid number and have an automatic o2 loop that I cannot cancel. The money is automatically taken from my international bank account. I logged into my O2 account and there is no where I can cancel the automatic top-up and it continues to charge me. I tried to delete my bank account details but it won’t work and there’s no way for me to do this online.

You can have the bank details deleted via the chat.  If you can't do this linguistically, call the English-speaking hotline.
