I have an O2 prepaid number and have an automatic o2 loop that I cannot cancel. The money is automatically taken from my international bank account. I logged into my O2 account and there is no where I can cancel the automatic top-up and it continues to charge me. I tried to delete my bank account details but it won’t work and there’s no way for me to do this online.
