I want to cancel my contract within the 14 first days


Good morning, 

 

I got the LTE M but the internet I receive is not enough to have video calls while working from home. So, I cannot keep it. I would like to cancel my contract within the first 14 days. In my intranet I only find the option to finish it at the end of the month but I want to cancel it right now before the first charge will come. 

How can I do that? Can you help me, please?

All you need to do is send a E-Mail to  widerruf@cc.o2online.de

The following  information is needed 

 Just write a short sentence in your email for example.

 “ I hereby revoke the contract I have concluded for the purchase of the following goods /the provision of the following service: …... *write the name of the service you want to cancel *

Provide the order date

Provide your name and address 

Your customer number would be helpful as an option thought is not necessary  to cancel your contract.

I hope though someone from O2 will be here to assist you soon before you cancel .

Thank you for your quick reply. I tried with them via Whatsapp because I am still not able to speak German. But they haven’t been able to fix it. This is why I prefer to cancel now. Working from home, I cannot just wait and test.
