I got the LTE M but the internet I receive is not enough to have video calls while working from home. So, I cannot keep it. I would like to cancel my contract within the first 14 days. In my intranet I only find the option to finish it at the end of the month but I want to cancel it right now before the first charge will come.
How can I do that? Can you help me, please?
