Hello,

 

I have signed up for the Free Unlimited Max tariff back in March, and despite some service disruptions the service quality was overall o.k. so far.

However starting in September I have started receiving bills for over 90 Euros instead of my expected 50. The extra amounts show up in the bill as “Verbindungen & Services” with no breakdown or any other explanation.

I have been unable to reach out via telephone (language barrier), and my questions via chat have never been answered.

I would like an explanation to these extra charges and to understand how to get rid of them and be refunded for these past two months. Does anybody have any suggestion for a non-German speaker?

You have ordered an itemized bill with your invoice. Thats good. You can view this under “Mein o2” together with your invoice. In this itemized bill you can see what the charges were for.
You have made calls from Germany to Italy, this are costs that are not included in your tariff and will be charged extra.
