So i accidentally activated 999GB tarif which i have now activated on my account which costs aroun 70€ a month, i dont have this much on my guthaben and i have no idea how it got activated but i presume that it will be costed from my bank account, now my question is can i just deactivate this? I haven't used and bit of data from this tarif yet and i don't want to use it either.

Hello can anyone please answer me ? Should i cancel this myself i still haven't used this package at all.

 

Today i got a message stating that the amount will be paid through your debit card in the coming days.

Ordering a wrong package can happens. Good to see that you allready had the assistance from schluej.
I have checked the order and can tell you that canceling this were successfully. The payment were refund to your customer account allready and the “normal” package is booked and ready to use. 🤗
