I am currently travelling and I am outside of EU for the next 2 months.
I own an O2 Germany prepaid tariff. I cannot access mobile internet and I am unable to find any international roaming tariffs on the myO2 app.
I have not had any access to mobile internet for the past week and I am completely reliant on Wifi access. I would request some help with this.
My data roaming setting is turned on. APN reads internet.
Any help with my situation would be appreciated.
