Shortly, I need to know how can I get the invoices of the mobile phones that I acquired in O2.

I guess so, but I have also a house moving in the middle and I search in the papers and I don’t have it.

So, I think that is possible to download a copy for that invoice...or not?

thank you for your request in our community!
How much time has passed since you ordered your device? Invoices always take about 7-14 days to be delivered.
Most importantly, when we send you a new invoice, you should of course change your address.
You can first manage and update these in your My o2 account.

Here you find the Mein o2 App or the desktop version.
