Hi, my contract will end 14.02.2022 and I don't want to extend my contract. The best option for me is change from post to prepaid, but it is not necessary, I can change provider. How to do that?

Can you explain me procedure how to do that, both options, step by step.

You can't change from postpaid to prepaid with o2 but you can buy a prepaid card with another provider and request that your number be transferred. The new provider should tell you how to do this.

Thank you, such simple task, but nightmare with O2. Even Vodafone have this option, and I was thinking they are the worst provider.

How do i change from o2 prepaid to o2 postpaid?

First, order a contract. If you’ve already set the “opt-in” for your prepaid number, you can request the number porting while ordering. The other way would be to order first and create the request after the activation of the contract.
